This privacy policy applies to all ranges of Carl Valentin GmbH. Our web sites can contain cross-references (so-called links) to external enterprises to which the privacy policy does not refer.

If you visit our web site the web server saves according to standard the IP address which was assigned from your Internet Service Provider, the web site from which you visit us, the web sites which you visit with us as well as the date and duration of your visit. As far as we authorise other enterprises with the fulfilment of our tasks, naturally also these are engaged to protect your data and to use them only for the exactly stipulated purpose. Beyond that they are obligated to treat the data in accordance with this privacy policy and the valid law situation. Transmission of personal data to public organisations and authorities are effected only in context of compelling national legislation laws. Our employees were obligated from us to confidentially and on Federal Law for Data Protection.

Carl Valentin GmbH uses technical and organizational safety precautions, in order to protect their data administered by us against manipulations, loss, destruction and against access of unauthorized persons. Our safety precautions are sequentially improved according to the technological development.

Right of access
On demand Carl Valentin GmbH informs you as immediately as possible in writing according to the valid law, if and which personal data are saved by us. If wrong information should be saved despite our efforts of data correctness and topicality, we will correct these on your request. Of course you have at any time the possibility to arrange a partial of complete deletion of your data. For this purpose please contact our privacy policy agent. We will then comply with your request immediately. As far as we should be obligated legally to the storage of data, we will not delete it but lock the data.
